How to wash
Merino Wool
- Recommended to wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle at max 30°C/86°F
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron medium temperature, steam or dry
- Dry clean
We recommend to wash merino garments less frequently - it's better to air them out or spot-clean after wearing. If you feel like you miss the smell of freshly washed clothes, you can use a refreshing spray - it removes unpleasant smells and refreshes your clothes. It is often enough to shape your knitwear to its initial position using a steamer or iron. For example, stretched knees in knitted pants can easily return to their original form during steaming and ironing. Allow the garment to fully dry and completely cool down before wearing it again. It is best to store knitted garments folded so they stay in good shape.
We recommend to wash merino wool by hand or on a gentle wool program in the washing machine at up to 30°C on 600-800 RPM. Begin by turning your garments inside out. Choose a delicate, cold water cycle and place the knit in a mesh laundry bag for added protection. To dry lay the garment on a flat surface, reshaping it to its original form. Allow it to air dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Do not tumble dry as woolen garments can shrink.
How to wash
Mohair Wool
- Recommended to dry clean, gentle hand wash or delicate machine cycle at max 30°C/86°F
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Iron low temperature, steam or dry
- Dry clean
- Dry Flat
Caring for delicate mohair wool knits requires a gentle touch to preserve their softness and unique texture. To keep your mohair knits beautiful and long-lasting, we recommend to air the garment regularly and give it time to rest. Wash the product only when necessary. Dry cleaning is recommended for stain removal. You can also wash it by hand or on a gentle wool program in the washing machine at up to 30°C on 600-800 RPM. Choose a delicate, cold water cycle and place the knit in a mesh laundry bag for added protection. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as this can cause deformation. Do not tumble dry as woolen garments can shrink.
If you decide to wash it by hand, follow the instructions provided. Fill a basin with cool water and add a mild, wool-friendly detergent. Avoid using fabric softener or soaking your mohair garment. Wash gently and carefully to maintain the garment's shape. Do not wring or stretch the fabric, as this can cause deformation. Rinse thoroughly in cool water to remove all soap. Wrap the garment in a towel and press out all excess water. Reshape it to its original form while moist, avoiding any stretching. Let it air dry on a flat surface away from direct heat and sunlight.
